Deliveries

I get many questions about delivery times and prices.

Since I’m a one-woman operation, I rely on Australia Post for consistent deliveries. I’ve tried other companies but Aus Post works best with consumable products like mine.

I only post once a week on Mondays. I’m located in Melbourne, Victoria so when you view posting locations, that’s the starting point.

Australia Post has a complex but accurate timetable of when they will deliver parcels all over the country. Postage is included in the price of your brownie so it won’t cost you extra.

For accurate delivery times, please check the lates information on Australia Post’s website.

Once I post your parcel, you will receive tracking information in your inbox.

A gentle reminder to please keep an eye on your brownie's journey through the AusPost tracking link that will be emailed with your tracking number. There, you can follow your brownie until it has been delivered or if there are any issues with delivery. Perhaps let your loved one know to expect something in the post.

Reading the timetable from Australia Post
Your parcel will be mailed from Melbourne Metro (on the right hand column). And you can check the destination delivery time by looking along the top column (‘Destination’). From there you will see the number of days your delivery will take (sometimes it’s a window of a few days).

Terms
Once your delectable chocolate brownies is in Australia Posts care, I am personally no longer responsible for delivery or customer pick up. Even with a brownie surprise package, it helps ensure someone is available to collect your parcel.

Australia Post will attempt delivery and leave two calling cards requesting pick up at the local post office. In the rare instance a parcel is not collected, it will be returned to me. Unfortunately, I cannot offer replacements or refunds in these instances.
