I use sustainable packaging, right down to the tape. Your brownie comes in home compostable grease-proof paper, recyclable boxes, and twine you can reuse. All my business and postcards are printed on recycled paper. All our eggs come from happy, free-range chickens.

My home-baked business was born of the 2020 pandemic when I found myself longing for connection.

For once, everyone in my community (and the world) were in the exact same isolated predicament.

Like many folks, I hit the kitchen, but not with sourdough. Chocolate. Chocolate has the ability to help you forget your problems. (My two boys didn't mind taste-testing while I perfected the recipe).

I’m British and we’re not supposed to brag, but these are the best brownies you will ever eat in your life. I’m so sure that I’ve built a business around it.
