My brownies can be stored in an airtight container at room temperature or in the fridge. They can also be frozen. Just wrap your brownie in glad wrap, and pop in an airtight storage container.
Standard Australia Post delivery costs apply but I do my best to keep the price as low as possible so that you can spread chocolatey love all over Australia on a whim.

I post once a week on Mondays from Melbourne. The reason for this is Australia Post can be unreliable with their express 1-2 day delivery times when it’s close to the weekend. I don’t want your brownie to be held up on a weekend because I want it to arrive when it’s at its freshest.

I bake in the neighbourhood at a local cafe, Crate, in their commercial kitchen.
Please check your tracking details which are sent after your brownie has been posted, and keep an eye on your brownie's journey. You will be informed when it has been delivered, or if there have been any problems with delivery. Perhaps let your loved one know to expect something in the post.

If you want to make sure that your parcel deliveries aren't left unattended or safe dropped, there are a number of things you can do:
1. register for MyPost to access a free 24/7 Parcel Locker or Parcel Collect address. Then simply have senders address your parcels to this address for you to collect at your convenience
2. use a Post Office Box address
3. have your parcel delivered to your work address

Your delectable brownies come in an eco-friendly brown craft box with my logo stamped on the top. The brownies are wrapped in compostable grease-proof paper and tied with twine like an old-fashioned package of love and goodness. Packaging is important to me, so I use compostable or recyclable materials whenever possible.
No, I do not ship our chewy chocolate brownies overseas but if YOU live overseas, you can order for your Australian buddies.

I focus on my best, most popular offerings, but occasionally I add to the menu and run limited edition brownie flavours. I always start with my classic brownie base recipe. We have rocky road, raspberry and white chocolate, Oreo and more flavours as regulars, and seasonal flavours like gingerbread at Christmas! Some of the most popular choices are classic, peanut butter and salted caramel.
Each box with brownies is approximately 500-600g (measuring roughly 220x110mm). You can serve it as a whole one or cut it into as many as eight generous squares.
Our brownies are baked no more than 24 hours before being posted.
